DETAILS OF A PUMPKIN PATCH

It's my favorite time of the year. The permanent golden glow of the sky, how all the colors seem so much brighter and the food so much tastier. Now that its getting a little chillier, I can cuddle in blankies and sweaters and not be too warm.

My family, Doug and I went out to the pumpkin patch last weekend and we had such a blast. It's one of Doug and I's favorite days, so I wanted to share some of the details of our lovely afternoon with you.

BREW ON BROADWAY

 

Last week one of my best friends and roommate, Kati {also my photographer for last saturday's post}, and I went to Brew on Broadway's trivia night. It was a great night filled with wine and giggles and cute friends! Kati rocked the Disney trivia and I rocked the international architecture trivia. Finally put all that History International viewing to good use. :)

But, I wanna talk about the adorable place you see above. Brew on Broadway is this great non-profit coffee shop keen on building a sense of community in developing areas. It was great chatting with the owners and meeting the staff. It was a really fun time, a great sunny, fall day turned great, brisk night. This is the stuff I live for.

FRM SEPTEMBER ISSUE

Hey guys!!! Sorry for the lack of posts, I moved into a new apartment and have no access to internet there! Blogger with no internet equals serious withdrawal. Not but really, the break from the internet has been kind of refreshing. Just focusing on me and my friends and the real things. It's nice to edit out all the nonsense the internet throws at you.

Now that school has started though, I have internet again. I'll be posting from here for a while. Anyway, I wanted to share some photos from the September Issue Launch Party for Front Row Monthly, the online magazine I work for. I've talked about them in a few posts now.
